Meet Ainsley
I help neurodivergent professionals, particularly people with ADHD and autism, thrive in corporate environments. I also work with leaders and organisations to build the practical capability needed to support neurodiverse teams well.
With over 30 years in HR, organisational development, and coaching, I've built a career helping people and teams perform at their best. Now, my focus is specifically on neurodivergent professionals navigating workplaces that weren't designed for how their brains work.
My coaching is grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice. We focus on executive function, energy management, and sustainable performance - so you can succeed on your own terms, not by forcing yourself into a neurotypical mould.
I also work with leaders and organisations, running workshops on building and leading neurodiverse teams. Because inclusion isn't just about supporting neurodivergent employees - it's about building capability in the leaders and systems around them.
What makes my approach different?
I don't do generic "be your best self" coaching. I bring 30 years of corporate experience, neurodiversity-specific training, and a practical understanding of what actually works in real workplace environments. My coaching is tailored, direct, and focused on outcomes - whether that's navigating workplace dynamics, advocating for adjustments, or building sustainable work patterns that don't lead to burnout.
I blend empathy with strategic thinking. I ask the questions that help you see what's actually happening - not what you've been told should be happening. And I believe in small, practical shifts that create lasting change.
Beyond coaching:
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me exploring new corners of the world (55 countries and counting) or diving into the latest research on health and longevity - because the strategies that help us perform well also help us live well.
